There were so many issues and hoops I had to go through while dealing with this credit card company and their customer service I don't even know where to begin.. If I knew we'd be having this many issues, I would've told my husband to not even do service with Smile Generation to save the stress. I originally got a dental procedure done( only an annual cleaning) for what it's worth; nothing special. When I was told how much they charged me, I was overcharged for the procedure... I not only spoke with the dentist who did it but after they denied the overcharge, Smile Generation also denied my claim. While paying my monthly payments, I was ALSO charged an extra fee of $29 for a "returned payment" hence, we were not even notified with a letter regarding this. Something he never had an issue with before, yet they lied to us saying we gave them the wrong financial information...?! Not to mention my husband has always been a good client of theirs for quite some years now. He doesn't use the credit card on a daily but when he does, he is always timely and good about billing.
In addition to the extra charges making it impossible to pay off a credit card with them, they are also very inconsiderate to their customers. Doesn't matter the situation, difficult or not, they only want to overcharge, take away your money and too bad so sad for you you we're mistreated or overcharged. This was clearly proven when we spoke to a supervisor explaining our incident, and Ryan was just careless, as said before, inconsiderate about it. In case you haven't noticed this company, has many bad reviews. I wish we could have did more research on this company rather than be stuck in a loophole. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do you yourself a favor and do servicing with another dental credit card Co. I don't know why Pacific Dental Services still does service with them. Until to this date, months later, we have not had a refund on the overcharge.

Claimant says:<p>I took out some dental insurance with Smile Generation, had some dental work done and agreed to pay $100 per month to pay off the bill with/in 18 months so I would not be charged any interest. I sent my $100 every single month on time and would pay off the last payment with my July billing $279. I got the statement today 6/27/17 stating my bill ...
