Dennis K. says: They advertise 100 5 satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand behind it. My husband ordered a ring for a surprise for me for Mothers' day. They took his payment and then said they did not have the ring. They substituted another ring but it was the wrong size and it took a long time to come in. They would NOT let us return it for the right size. Did not stand behind their guarantee. Ring is sitting in the bag it came in and no one can wear it. Waste of time and money. Megan with the company was rude in her response back to us each time in trying to resolve this.

Shari P. says: The item took long to arrive. When I messaged the company there was no response. Surprisingly when I reached out to PeopleClaim, I heard from the company. The inscription was smaller than demonstrated on the advertisement and the jewels fell out so I only have a ring with half jeweled.

Dion F. says: After sending attempting to send E-mails to resolve my issue of not receiving the bracelet that I had ordered in December, I eventually send my dispute to PeopleClaim online. It resolved in S...D..jewelry contacting me and paying me a refund. The whole process took 3 months. I would like to thank PeopleClaim for their excellent work in resolving the matter.
