Lisa R. says: Subaru is the best car I have ever had. I have had a lot of cars. I have seen their US headquarters video not in person. The Sales Departments in las Vegas, NV, Prescott, AZ and St George, Utah are all top notch. The Service Department in Prescott is my number 1. Las Vegas and St. George are both very good as well.
The Subaru Forester is amazing, great gas mileage. And the engine is manufactured to last with good maintenance.
I had an issue with a service department appointment, its true. I will say that as soon as I got up the nerve to speak with Subaru about it they immediately had the manager contact me and my issue was resolved. So I did not dock Subaru a star...after all a constellation without one of its stars wouldn't be...Subaru.
Im looking at the Subaru Legacy Turbo for my next car.

    Claimant says:I bought a 2018 Subaru Impreza premium and it was faulty and when i had a accident the Airbags didn't deploy, it was hit by 3 sensors and still didnt go off so i sent it to Service King in Austin Tx Lakeway and they said that it sould have went off they said but didn't.
