Claimant says:I asked them to cancel my service and remove TANKS in July of 2013. THEY DID NOT REMOVE TANKS UNTIL May 5, 2014. I paid in advance for propane and I have not received a refund and it will be 1 year for a reply.
If you can expedite this without legal involvement I would appreciate. If I didn't pay my bill in 30 days I would be charged an extra fee....
