Fogarty G. says: After Sunset took my money to obtain permit and run gas line in August of 2016. In other words get my tenant gas for cooking. I started chasing Sunset in late August 2016 for answers and status. My tenant stop paying me rent since February 2017. I took my good tenant to court and now I am moving to evicting him for not paying for not having gas to cook since August 2016. Its going to be one year in two months.
