Tatiana G. says:
Words cannot describe how ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC it has been dealing with this company and their so-called warranty department. They sold me a BAD transmission that lost its final gear and reverse within 50 miles of installation. They made me jump through hoops to get a 'replacement' and now I am getting NOWHERE with payment of the additional $1900 it cost to install the 'replacement' transmission. Their staff is rude and foreign and nasty; you will call and call and they will hang up so you have to call again and again. NO ONE knows that they are doing and they could CARE LESS about making good on their warranty.
