Bought a front LG washer in 2014 with extended warranty. Washer has started leaking. Lowes sent these goons out to repair. After 4th consecutive attempt, repairman says washer is untepairable, will suggestvit becreplaced. But no, someone higher up says order parts, fix it even though they’ve never experienced the problem. That was on Dec .27, it’s now Jan 13 and no communication from Tech Pro or Lowes. I’m scratching my head asking why do I let them treat me like this??? Lowes is guilty, Tech Pro is horrible for failure to communicate and follow through with repairs!
