Sandra B. says: In August of 2016, I was approached by Mr. Wilber to have a address sign placed on my property. I agreed for the construction of the address sign and paid for it in full. Several days later I received a phone call, that he did not have a vehicle so he could not deliver the sign. So I called him to find out how soon will it be before can obtain a,vehicle and I never heard from him again. It has been eight months, since that transaction and I have not heard anything from Mr. Wilber since. He is a FRAUD.Why would a person, take monies for a job and doesn't have transportation to get him the destination. I also have a copy of check
that he cashed in August 2016.
