Barbara S. says:
Location is ideal for riders from the city and north burbs. Facility itself and animal care are superlative. Regrettably, it’s the barn manager whose attitude and actions make the facility untenable. She rules with an iron fist wrapped in a velvet glove seeming to be kind, helpful and caring until someone differs from her point of view. Then she is unprofessional, unreasonable and vindictive. She brooks no point of view differing from her own and thinks nothing of fictionalizing situations and breaking agreements that are in place with boarders to suit herself. She is the majordomo NOT the barn manager. There is no recourse, no objectivity and no appeal to what is ‘right’ or objective truth.
