I had a product damaged in shipping and it was like pulling teeth to actually talk to someone. The only reason I got a response was that I filed a complaint with the BBB but even then, the response was not satisfactory. Their belief is apparently, that if the outside box is in perfect condition and something inside is broken, it's not their fault. I'd like to see companies who produce actual consumer products try to get away with such tactics. In fact, it is that very reason why Consumer protection boards and government guidelines were put into place.

UPS not only totally neglects customers, it also discriminates against. Outsourced to Philippines or wherever customer service is completely useless. Management in GA headquarters either unresponsive or rude and stupid if you finally reach one. Legal department is just a bunch of brainless bench warmers. I can't imagine how airport gate supervisor could be hired as a regional sales manager, if his primary profession is to not get anything through the gates. How a part time package handler could become a CEO of the company. I do not understand why UPS exists at all and brazenly devours public stock.
