Joy W. says: I had so much trouble out of this company, with ID verification. They kept asking me to send in proof of address, and proof of identity. I complied with their request, only to be told once everything was sent in, that something was wrong with one of the items, like picture to dark or illegible writing etc. This happened 4 or 5 times and when I talked to customer service they were rude and didn't help me at all. It's like they and been instructed to steal money from it's clients. I eventually, I gave up. And decided to file a claim through BBB.

Jose S. says: they shouldnt be allowed to remain as a bank the corruption and illegal conduct needs to be addressed bank needs restructure and proper training
