Cherie H. says: Have not honored agreement to provide reservation confirmation at Villa del Palmar-Cancun BOGO Airfare, 2 cruise certificates. Have not responded to multiple telephone and email inquiries regarding status of reservation. Tried to charge extra for a reservation.
