J P. says: VRBO does not require its landlords to update their listings. I have made endless bookings and had to wait with the booking "pending" until it finally expired or the landlord finally confessed that the listing wasn't really available. In one case the landlord responded and I politely let them know that they showed three different rooms as available. A week later, those hotel rooms still show as available.

It has just proved to be a huge waste of time and energy.
