They are very unprofessional, rude, downright abrasive, and do not stand by their products.
I had to contact two different Service Companies to try and correct the problems they caused with their lack of expertise with installing and servicing the unit they suggested.
Finally, after Sears made four trips to our home and endless hours each time, they finally corrected all of Weirich Air's poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. The unit we have is a quality unit and Sears was finally able to get it right.
Not only, were they nasty to us and down right rude, but they dared us to sue them. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life.
