Linnell J. says: In my town Early and neighboring town of Brownwood Texas, we have two Wilhoit apartment complexes. Our old Property Manager Amanda, took over Wildwoodtrails in Brownwood from the Riverside Park Apartments in Early. Since then, it’s been awful! A good manager can make all the difference in the world! The maintenance man Gary always keep things in order and is quick to get things fixed. That is if and when the current property manager submits it to him. The complex itself is beautiful and for our area, the rent is very reasonable!
If Amanda was still the property manager at The Riverside Park Apartments, I would highly recommend checking them out. However, with the current person in this position, I would not give a recommendation at all. I do, however send people to Wildwood trails where my old property manager currently works!
