I don't live i lexington but I do stay there a lot. Lexington seems to be well run, although its a bit hard to navigate from the highway. Traffic could be better, but thats probably a product of your success and growth that the government needs to catch up with. All in all I look forward to my trips there and I'll enjoy checking back to see how full time residents rank taxes and spending and other aspects from the local perspective. BTW, my other option for stops is Louisville. Hope you beat the pants off them in this survey. Thanks
