I graduated from Taft Law School in 2016. I am a current LLM Student enrolled at the University of Missouri School of Law's Center for Dispute Resolution. My anticipated date for graduation is May 2018. I am eligible under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 to be referred civil mediation cases.
As a Licenses Consultant for a national Performing Rights Organization, I have facilitated negotiations over contract disputes involving the payment of fees owed to entertainment performers. These negotiations resulted in agreements without the parties having to litigate the issues. Also, my mediation experience in the areas of child welfare, family law, nursing home, landlord-tenant and consumer disputes has resulted in negotiated settlements and agreements that has kept the parties out-of-court. My mediation orientation and style depends upon the parties interests, respect for self-determination, facts and issues involved in order to achieve a fair-based process and respect for each parties' dignity.
