In summary, I am a litigator, arbitrator and mediator.

I am called to the Bar in Barbados and practise law here. My practice involves civil law and civil litigation primarily in land transactions, estates, contracts and employments. However, I also have a diverse civil practice to cover many other areas as well.

As a mediator, I have been a part of the Pilot Court Annexed Mediation Project of the Supreme Court of Barbados for the last four years or so, and I am one of the first mediators approved on a list of a Governmental agency in Barbados, being the Supreme Court of Barbados. My experience as a mediator stretches across the various types of matters which the Court requires mediation, and being all civil matters except for habeas corpus, bail applications, admiralty matters, and land title proceedings.

I also have experience as an arbitrator for both international and local matters and as a member of the illustrious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, I am recognised as such.

I am also a Member of the renowned Prime Dispute, an innovative solution for international and commercial disputes.

I enjoy working with people, and take the time to explain the finest detail; as I believe that the satisfaction and understanding of the individual must not be overlooked; and that no question is too simple to be risk unanswered.

I also offer some limited 'pro bono' mediation and arbitration services; which are dependent on the nature of the matter, the characteristics of the parties, and my working schedule.
