My passion for conflict resolution and intercultural communication comes in part from my experiences growing up in Indonesia and Sri Lanka, where I experienced firsthand building bridges between diverse people as well as the devastating effects of conflict. My conflict resolution experience includes hundreds of mediations in government agencies, universities, community mediation centers, and schools, as well as a variety of group facilitation work and training.
