I used to focus my practice on international commercial arbitration (ICC, CAM Santiago, ad hoc) and on annulment and enforcement of arbitral awards. I have strong academic background (LLM and Ph.D.). I have been employed by an arbitral institution and a litigation law firm. I have lived and worked in 4 different jurisdictions (Russia, Germany, Chile and USA). I authored "International Commercial Arbitration in Chile: Challenges and Development" published by Thomson Reuters in 2014. I recently joined Alex Wagemann and his firm to work with Construction Law.
