I took over payments on my Uncle and Aunts 2012 Chevy Impala and have made payments constantly without delay. Anyway my problem is that I am being charged a late fee on each payment. However I have made all payments either a day before or a day or two after due date in order to avoid late fees but no matter what I do they still charge me $70.00 in late fees each month this is not right because like the representative says the days are there to avoid a late charge. This has been going on for over 12 months.
