Jessie C. says: They were relentless in unjustified harassment. Friends visited and had some equipment delivered to our house. Equipment was returned after the visit. Apria claimed they didn't get the equipment back and since they had our address and phone number for the delivery decided to come after us. Their annoying phone calls came daily. We waited on hold for great lengths of time trying to explain we didn't have their equipment, nor did we owe them any money. Even though they promised the calls would cease, they kept coming. It wasn't until I contacted the BBB and put in a complaint to the Do Not Call list that the calls stopped.

Marcia C. says: Please read the reviews!!!!! This company will give you the run around until you give up. They were to provide me with oxygen one day they told me a delivery would made then in calling them for a no show I was informed more paperwork was needed I even had Medicare to assist me she said it was neglectful the treatment that they were providing me and upon the end of that day if they didn't show go to emergency which is what happened I was admitted for three days with pneumonia.
