Shane W. says: I don't understand how a business can get you to sign a contract for services at a certain rate, then up the rate at any time that they please. To me, it's like buying a vehicle, you sign a contract to pay a certain rate for a length of time and that's what it is. They don't just raise your price and never tell you. Aramark says they tell the customer they are increasing the rate, but, what they do is put it on the invoice at the bottom the week they increase it. It's a shady act and i will never be a customer of the company ever again.
