Jewel E. says: I do feel that barclaycard has not satisfied me in their wrong doings. And as far as, recommended them to anyone. I am not sure whether I would or not. I do not like the idea of them cheating me out of my money and lying about late charges. I want them to fix the problem with all the money that they have cheated me out of. The problem with them is that they has let money gone to their heads.

Carlene M. says: They are very unprofessional and treat people like criminals. I had my identity stolen and an account opened in my name and they were not helpful to solve the problem. Instead they held me responsible and refused to remove this from my credit report. Since this issue with them stated they have put a huge negative effect on my credit reports. My scores dropped dramatically because of their negative reporting. I was also denied credit due to them. I would never refer them to anyone. Nor would I ever do business with them even if they were the only company out there. I hope nobody else ever had the same issue with them that I have. Good luck
