Lisa D. says: No one can give you a straight answer, you get the run around. The technicians do not let the service dept. know what is going on. They were supposed to be here to look at dryer it says in contract within 24 hours it was a week, then over ten days to order a part that you don't know if they found or not. Pay a lot of money for nothing.
