this is a racket!!! I was assessed an extra charge of 85.95 for a 411. fare. making it a $495. fare when it was advertised as an 411. fare!!!!! I was told by customer service (who was difficult to understand, but very nice) that the extra was for "fees--??????? which he cold not explain to me what the fees were only that I had chosen the fees!!!!!!-- and seat assignments!!!! I had chosen seats that did not have an extra cost!!!! He told me they were 3.24 for each seat chosen. This is a load of hooey, a bait and switch scheme. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
