I signed up for the free trial and then called to say I no longer wanted the product. I have been sent three more bottles at $75 a piece. I have called customer service three times. I got them on the phone once earlier on and they said they were canceling my order. They said if I get any more product to just refuse the package and return to them. Well that bottle and the next two that appeared in the mail that I returned were never credited on my account. The customer service number is to another company now. What a ripoff! So I am out $225 that I did not want. NEVER sign up for a trial offer! I hope you can help with this problem for not only me but others. Thank you.

Claimant says:They charged me twice for my order, they haven't answered their phone for 2 days. Talked to someone on the 8th about my problem, and would not listen to me about my problem, then she charged me a second time. This is not a FAIR company ! My only recourse is to put stop payments on these two pmts. Hoping you can help ? Thank you, Barbara Hale
