Leandra M. says: I was charge for a trial almost $200,00 dollars in 12 days after having the product. I order 1 and I received 2 products.

says: I signed up for the free trial and then called to say I no longer wanted the product. I have been sent three more bottles at $75 a piece. I have called customer service three times. I got them on the phone once earlier on and they said they were canceling my order. They said if I get any more product to just refuse the package and return to them. Well that bottle and the next two that appeared in the mail that I returned were never credited on my account. The customer service number is to another company now. What a ripoff! So I am out $225 that I did not want. NEVER sign up for a trial offer! I hope you can help with this problem for not only me but others. Thank you.

Barbara H. says: Product is very poor.....made my skin break out, tried to talk with them about it and couldn't get anyone to listen to me, very poor customer service............and to top it all, they charged me a second time. Still trying to rectify this with a stop payment in place, still waiting !

    Claimant says:They charged me twice for my order, they haven't answered their phone for 2 days. Talked to someone on the 8th about my problem, and would not listen to me about my problem, then she charged me a second time. This is not a FAIR company ! My only recourse is to put stop payments on these two pmts. Hoping you can help ? Thank you, Barbara Hale
