Edgar D. says: When I was living there they did not do maintenance, even after repeated requests. They used the same lies again and again about having to repair heaters or air conditioners, depending on the season. They falsified claims after I moved out. When I asked for specifics, they sent me a vague list, including $50 to empty the trash. (All trash left in the apartment could be carried in one hand, and it was 50 steps to the dumpster. I had left a cleaning deposit, and they billed me for cleaning the apartment over and above the cleaning deposit.)
