K M. says: They deliver damaged products, have shady and unprofessional employees who conceal the damage, horrible customer service (locally, NV and in Utah corporate office), charge for delivery (whereas Lowe's and Home depot don''t ) and their 14 day return policy is sub par. There a thousands upon thousands of complaints on multiple websites from dissatisfied consumers; only wish I discovered before purchasing.
I think their motto is " Screw the Customer As Much As Possible"

I have three kids an the past two months I have lost money in food I am living out of ice chest and eating out more. I can't afford this and they keep sending different companies...
