Rob A. says: They change their business tactics over and over, and are fraudulent as to their billing for a job. They claim you have to pay 30% before the job starts and then later say you have to pay 50%. They tell you they will start the job within 10 days after payment, closer to a month and that's with daily calls to make them show up. No supply of proof of work performed, material costs nothing, but they expect to be paid within 30 days. How can anyone pay for something they have no proof of what they got? First time ever that I've hired a contractor that didn't bill be with an itemized statement, who does business this way???
