I purchased a luggage set and after one trip, the wheels came off. Shop 247 refused to return it, give me a refund or return the unused part of the set. It was past the return policy of 30 days. I expected the luggage to last more than one trip and I do not travel often to know with in the 30 days window.
They did not stand behind their product and hide behind the 30 days policy. I feel cheated.
I do not recommend the company or their products. They got me $150 plus but they lost my business forever.

When I first got the bike I found problems immediately with the bike. With those problems shop24 recommended that I pay a bike shop to look at it. Huh? I should have just been able to send the bike back and be done. But even after my local shop took links out of the chain a couple times, the chain continued to become disconnected by the pedal. The brakes were also still not stopping very good. Shop247 finally said send back to us and we'll look at. After I got my bike back from shop247 the bike was scratched bad all over. They even sent a third extra tire in the box. They said after riding the bike they felt the front tire was wobbly so that's why included. Huh? The bike was brand new. I asked if the tire was supposed to be compensation for the damage. They said they knew of no damage. When I asked them about brakes still not satisfactory to me not stopping me but slowing down, they said the bike met their expectations and was not a warranty issue. I said so your not going to do anything about the damage from you or the brakes. They said no. I said then I guess I have to call the BBB then. They said yes sir and goodbye. So here I am with a damaged bike that hasn't met my expectations from the get go. I have asked for a full refund of $750 that I paid for upfront for the bike. I am not asking for compensation from paying a bike shop. There is no reason I should have to accept a lesser product because they say so. What a nightmare. But to even prove more my commitment to the bike when first received, I bought a rechargeable light for the front and one for the back. I also bought a nice gel cushioned spring seat. I also bought a speedometer for my bike. Shop247 seen these purchases when sent back to them. I have paid off and for everything for the bike. Why am I treated like this? I just want a refund and be done. Why is that even a problem? They were notified as soon as I received the bike of problems. Then the damage from them. Huh?
