Samary B. says: This branch of the gov't is HORRIBLE! I had a surprise call to discuss my case and they wrongfully determined that I quit my job. Then I was unaware of that judgement until the day before my appeal cut off date and was 1 day late in my appeal. Now no matter how many times I appeal, they just come back to the one day tardiness of the of the original appeal date, and in my latest appeal hearing, the hearing officer sounded high during the call, was forgetful, rude, asked questions he refused to let me answer, and then hung up on us! This is ridiculous! I am making a formal complaint and requesting that my case be thrown out and scheduled for a new case altogether. Meanwhile, going broke because my former employer made me sign a non-compete, so I can't even do what I'm good at!
